By accessing or using the deeplynk.ai website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms Of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These Terms apply to all visitors, including those who submit application forms. They cover the public website. Signing in to the DeepLynk platform is a separate arrangement.

The Site is provided for informational purposes only. Content describes DeepLynk’s services, approach, and technology direction. Product capabilities and availability are confirmed only through direct engagement; descriptions on the Site may reflect planned features not yet available.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to act on behalf of any business you represent when using the Site or submitting an application.
Applications And Fit Review
Submitting an application through the contact form starts a fit review process. It does not constitute an offer, acceptance, or binding agreement between you and DeepLynk LLC. No commercial relationship is created until a separate written agreement is signed by both parties.
DeepLynk may decline to engage at any stage of the review and is not obligated to provide a reason or to proceed with any application.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product names (DeepFrame, DeepSignal, GrowthLynk, Hunter), and the DeepLynk name and brand — is the property of DeepLynk LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written permission.
