Who We Are

DeepLynk LLC (“DeepLynk,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website at deeplynk.ai (the “Site”) and the DeepLynk platform accessible at the same domain.

What We Collect

Application form data. When you submit the application form at /contact, we collect the information you enter: your name, work email address, company name, area of interest, growth ambition, readiness, industry, start timing, and optional fields (website, role, phone). We also collect whether you opted in to receive DeepLynk updates.

Partnership form data. When you submit the form at /partnership, we collect your name, work email address, organization, the kind of partnership, who you reach, and what you want to do together.

Technical and attribution data. When you visit the Site, our hosting provider receives ordinary server information such as your IP address, browser type, and the page requested. If you submit a form, we also store the page you submitted from, the referring address, and campaign parameters on the link you used. We do not embed personal information in URLs.

Consent record. We store a record of your cookie-consent decision in your browser. If you submit a form, a snapshot of that choice at the time of submission may be stored with your submission.

How We Use Your Information

To review and respond to your application. We use the information you submit to assess whether there is a fit between your goals and our services, and to contact you with our response.
To operate and improve the Site. Technical data helps us diagnose problems, understand how visitors use the Site, and make improvements.
To send DeepLynk updates (if you opted in). If you checked the marketing opt-in box, we may send you occasional news, product updates, and information we think you will find useful. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To detect and prevent spam and abuse. We use automated checks to verify that a submission is genuine.

Legal Bases For Processing

Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or UK GDPR applies (for example, if you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom), we process your personal data under the following legal bases:

Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) — operating the Site, reviewing applications, preventing abuse, and improving our services.
Consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) — sending marketing communications where you have opted in. You may withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing or contacting us.

For visitors outside the EEA and UK, we rely on applicable local law and our legitimate business interest in operating the Site.

Service Processors

We share your data only with service providers that process it on our behalf, under appropriate agreements. Those providers fall into these categories:

Website hosting. The Site is hosted by a cloud provider. Data may be processed in the United States and other countries where that provider operates infrastructure.
Application storage. Information you submit through the application form is stored in a managed database.
Email delivery. Notification emails about applications are sent through an email provider.
Bot detection(when enabled). A form submission may be checked by a bot-detection service. That service’s privacy policy applies to the check.
Analytics. The public site loads Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and DeepLynk DeepTrail to count visits. You can turn analytics off in the cookie banner. Details, cookie names, and durations are on the Cookie Policy. We do not use them to sell personal information or to build advertising audiences. No marketing or advertising tags run on the public site.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use data brokers or data-sharing networks for advertising.

Retention

We retain application data for as long as necessary to manage our relationship with you and to comply with applicable legal obligations. When data is no longer needed we delete or anonymize it.

Your cookie choice is kept for a limited time and then expires. You can clear it at any time via the Cookie Policy page or your browser settings.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data; to data portability; and to object to processing based on our legitimate interests. You may also withdraw consent for marketing at any time.

U.S. State Privacy And Global Privacy Control

Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other U.S. states with applicable privacy laws may have additional rights regarding their personal data, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell or share personal data in those ways.

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser sends a GPC opt-out header, our cookie banner will surface this signal and will not activate optional analytics or marketing categories without your explicit choice.

Children

DeepLynk is a business-to-business service. The Site is not directed at children under 13 (or 16 where applicable under GDPR). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, contact us at privacy@deeplynk.ai and we will delete it.

AI Disclosure

The DeepLynk platform includes Hunter, an assistant for signed-in users. People on our team remain responsible for commercial decisions.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of the page reflects when changes were last made. Significant changes will be communicated by updating the date and, where appropriate, by notifying you directly.
